What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
Your phone number, so you can sign in and so one person cannot post twenty reviews. Your name and area, if you enter them. The reviews, photos and receipts you upload. Which places you save. Which listings you called or asked directions to, so owners can see how many people found them.
A receipt you upload is seen by you and by our moderators. It is never shown on the listing, never shown to the business owner, and never shown to other readers. We keep it so that a review marked Verified can be checked again if it is disputed.
Business owners see counts, not people: how many calls their listing got, not who called. Your phone number is never shown on your profile and is not readable by other visitors. We do not sell personal data.
Your name, your photo if you add one, your reviewer rank and your verified reviews. Everything else on your account is private.
Write to us and we will remove your account and your reviews within 30 days. Receipts attached to removed reviews are deleted with them.
Two: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers whether you read Kemon in Bangla or English. Neither is used for advertising.
