These terms cover your use of Kemon. They are short on purpose. If something here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
One phone number, one account. We ask for a number so that one person cannot post twenty reviews of the same place. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.
Write about visits you actually made. Do not post someone else's photos, personal information about staff, or content you were paid to write. We may remove a review that breaks these rules, and we may remove an account that does it repeatedly.
A review is marked Verified when a moderator has seen a receipt from the visit. We decide whether a receipt matches. A review that is not verified stays published; it simply is not marked.
Anyone can suggest a listing and we check it before it goes live. Owners can claim their listing and pay for a plan; claiming does not give anyone the right to remove or edit reviews about them.
Kemon is a directory of what other people have told us. Opening hours change, businesses close, and reviews are opinions. We do our best to keep listings accurate and we are not liable for a wasted trip.
We will post an updated date at the top of this page when these terms change. Continuing to use Kemon after that means you accept the change.
